1. Does Mud Monkey Studio have a return policy?
Yes, we accept returns, but only incase the product received is damaged/ broken. To get a full refund, kindly send us a video of the unboxing. If the error is from our end, we will refund the payment or send another one, whichever one is suitable for the order. The exchange or refund is only applicable within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you.
2. How long will it take for the other to be delivered?
If the product ordered is in the inventory, it will take about 7 – 10 days for it to reach you. Incase it isn’t in stock, we can make it available in a few days. It will take unto 4 weeks plus shipping time to reach you, which is an additional 7 -10 days. Incase you need a product sooner or around a particular date, kindly reach out to us and check if its available in stock.
